Advance
Red2Green's Advance programme works with people who would benefit from support into work or volunteering, either because their skills need updating, they lack confidence or because employers have been unable to see past their disability.

Amber
Amber offers tailored learning and work preparation support for 16 to 24 year olds keen to get into apprenticeships or further education.

Aspirations
Aspirations is a two-year educational programme for young adults with communication disorders such as Aspergers syndrome. Those who join the courses learn skills and strategies to further their independent living and help them gain jobs.

The Grundtvig Project
The Grundtvig project is a study taking place in several European countries to produce a life-long learning programme for adults with severe and multiple learning disabilities.

Health for Life
Health for Life gives vulnerable and isolated people the opportunity to take part in local classes and leisure activities to
help them regain their health and confidence. Potential clients have to be referred either through their GP, social
worker or other health professional.

Oddjobbers
Red2Green's Oddjobbers project gives real work opportunities to adults with learning disabilities, such as washing cars, mowing lawns, fence repairs, weeding and other garden maintenance. The clients working on Oddjobbers usually come from within Red2Green's own projects, although others are always welcome.

Options
Options is a day service for adults with learning difficulties, where they can take part in activities ranging from gardening to drumming.

Reboot
Reboot trains young adults with social communication disorders to recycle computers, meeting local waste
recycling targets while gaining on the job skills.
